All cancellations due to unforeseen events — such as death or serious illness — are subject to the terms and conditions of the main providers, such as airline companies.

Supporting documents must be submitted to the company as proof of cancellation. No refunds are given for hotels, transportation, MOFA or visa fees within one month of the departure date.

The company acts as a representative of the airline. Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the airline provider, and administrative fees will be applied.
